1. PROCUREMENT
The input materials are adequately procured after thorough market survey, taking into consideration the price factor and supply schedule to ensure quality inventory prices and timely deliveries to our valuable customers.
2. INVENTORY
Adequate stock leads are always maintained to meet production requirements against orders of all sizes and specifications, also considering fluctuation factors whereby we can transfer benefits and satisfaction to our buyers from time to time.
3. PROCESS
Qualified, trained and experienced teams of skilled and technical staff are always on call round the clock to take care of the production process. They are supported by highly-qualified technocrats, staff and regularly visiting consultants. Necessary training is also provided to our staff at regular intervals to keep them abreast of the latest in upgrading Process and Quality Control.
4. QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM
Being ISO Certified, our Company also lays down proper standards continuously. We monitor the process and output with thorough testing systems as per the needs of buyers’ specifications. Every batch of products, during and after the completion of process, is tested against the prescribed standards and the sample is documented for records.
5. FINISHED GOODS INVENTORY
Even during the course of regular production, pending orders and regular supplies to the buyers giving schedule are considered and the quantity of output is made adequate to maintain optimum supply conditions against demand. 
6. LOGISTICS & TRANSPORT
Reputed transporters as well as our own vehicles are engaged for transportation to ensure safe and timely deliveries to buyers. Buyers can suggest and depute their transporters, if need be. Our concern is to see that the goods reach the destination safe, sound and on time.
7. PACKING
We use Standard Packing 1/5/10/25/50 kgs Can or HDPE Drums and HDPE Bags for packing. In some cases we use Single and Double PE liner bags for extra security, depending on the quality of the product; sometimes our packing depends on the demand of the customers. The customers’ demand is the last word. 
8. PRE & POST-SHIPMENT SAMPLING AND QUALITY CONFIRMATION
We always welcome the system to provide pre-shipment sample for the lot allotted to supply and attempt to obtain clearance of the lot long before the actual supply. After receiving the materials the buyers send confirmation testing and feedback of the same to us. We request after sales services to verify them. After dispatch, all related documents like Invoice, Gate pass and packing lists, transport route and bill/LR numbers are conveyed to the buyers for their follow-up and material collection. We also assist in the same job.
